A ladrang is a High Lama’s household in the Tibetan monastic environment. From this household, the Lama’s work manifests. His Eminence Tsem Tulku Rinpoche comes from the illustrious Gaden Shartse Monastery, where many high lamas like His Holiness the 101st Gaden Tripa, His Holiness Trijang Rinpoche, His Holiness Zong Rinpoche and many others hail.

A ladrang is normally sponsored by the students of the lama and as H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche’s ladrang and Kechara House grows in Malaysia, it is very urgent that Tsem Rinpoche has his own ladrang at Gaden.

The ladrang in Gaden would serve various purposes: to be a place where Tsem Rinpoche can stay when he visits Gaden, which he would like to do on a yearly basis, and a guest house for visitors or students of Tsem Rinpoche to visit or undertake retreats.

As students of Tsem Rinpoche, we have gained and continue to gain tremendous benefit from his teachings. We make prayers for him to continue to turn the wheel of Dharma and for him to live long. In order to put our prayers into action, it would be our great honour and opportunity to contribute to the building of his ladrang at his home monastery of Gaden.

拉章在藏传传统的寺院里，它是一位喇嘛的住所，喇嘛的佛法事业从此处弘扬出去。尊贵詹杜固仁波切来自甘丹萨济寺，许多伟大的喇嘛如第101任甘丹赤巴，至尊赤江仁波切，至尊宋仁波切等等都来自此寺。

 通常拉章都是由喇嘛的学生赞助的。由于，尊贵的詹杜固仁波切的詹拉章和其佛教中心在马来西亚蓬勃发展，因此在印度甘丹寺建设詹拉章是当务之急的事项。

 建设甘丹寺詹拉章的几项重要目的：它提供詹杜固仁波切经年回到甘丹寺时的住处。甘丹寺詹拉章也是詹仁波切闭关和其学生到来拜访时的住处。

身为詹仁波切的学生，我们从他的教诲得到体悟，以后会继续得到同样的益处。我们为了仁波切的长寿和能够继续转法轮而祈祷。为此我们将祈祷付诸以行动，即是我们对仁波切做出贡献的最好机缘，让他在自己的老家甘丹寺拥有属于自己的家。
